In weeks 1 and 4 of the program, you’ll receive a 30-minute 1:1 coaching call with me to gain clarity on your goals, jumpstart your journey, and receive personalized support.  A little about me 

Over the last 4 years, I’ve coached and mentored hundreds of ambitious go-getter women to build stress resilience by optimizing their lifestyle through a holistic lens of mental, physical and soulful practices. I’m so passionate about working specifically with women because as cyclical beings that are driven by our hormones - a woman's mood, energy and overall health depends on how well she can listen to her body, lead with her intuition, and make decisions that align with her needs.

For the longest time I thought that my debilitating stress that came from trivial moments, lack of confidence in the workplace and my relationships, as well as my volatile mood and energy throughout the day were just part of who I was. I literally told myself there was nothing I could do about it. It wasn’t until I rebuilt my relationship with myself, started becoming more in tune with how to regulate my hormones and nervous system, and started listening to my body’s signals and queues, did things change. And they started to change quickly. I became my own detective and my expanding conscious awareness began to tell me everything I needed to know. It all just became easy.
